Martha,
You were my kind, generous friend and neighbor at Hurstbourne for many years. I have thought of you often since you moved away - especially some of our more hilarious moments:
The time you were away and I had to transfer all my frozen food to your freezer at 3:00 a.m. Unfortunately, there wasn't much room so I just piled my items anywhere I could. Vicki noticed the overflowing refrigerator and all you said was, "I guess whoever put them in there will come and get them when they can."
The time we were at the newly renovated lower level of the Cathedral to see the Tibetan Monks. My immediate observation of the room was that it was too "stark". Realizing the pun, I turned and you were laughing.
My heartfelt sympathy to all of your family.

I have very fond memories of your MOM and Dad years ago (1950's) at Forest Hill Baptist Church (Road Fork, KY.) May God be with you and your families at this time.

God must really be smiling now!! What a wonderful Christian (not just her maiden name) Martha McNeil was. Some of my happiest childhood memories were spent at the McNeil home!! May God give comfort to the family at this time and may they know that lots of us loved your parents, too.
