My aunt Nancy taught me a great lesson when I was about 9. She and uncle Bill were keeping me and my brother Bill for a week (what possessed them to do that I will never know)! We were playing checkers and I had beaten her about 4 games in a row (she was allowing me to win unbeknownst to me!). I have always been very competitive but I started to brag a little and as a result she proceeded to beat me the next 5 games in a row....easily. My next 'move' was to knock all the checkers off the board at which time she administered a little auntie wisdom to my backside! A lesson still remembered to this day to stay humble and think of others first. Thank you my dear aunt Nancy. You and Bill are making great music in heaven! Gordon Jones

While I only had the pleasure of meeting "Nana" once, I've heard so many wonderful stories about her. To the family, may you find comfort in knowing that she is being peacefully rocked in God's ever loving arms.
