I had not seen Neva Grace in many years but I remember a beautiful and charming lady. How appropriate that she have the name "Grace" -- it describes her perfectly. There are many fond memories of times shared together in Lexington and here in Frankfort. I recall how very proud she was of her children and the Cooper Family. Circumstances prevent me coming to vistation but I did want you all to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

This beautiful lady touched so many lives. I knew her only a few short years as owner and director of Peoples Bank. She was a wonderful, caring, and hard working lady.
I admired Neva Grace so much. This
is a sad time indeed to lose such a wonderful human being. I offer my condolences. My prayers are with the family, many friends and her beloved brothers.
