I am sad and grieved. We have lost Randy ... the dear cousin closest in age to me that I knew best. We rarely saw each other, but when we did, we played and laughed together like familiar friends. He met a scared little girl and immediately put her at ease from the moment we met. He made me feel welcome; I never felt like an outsider when I was around him. I was hoping for a chance to get to know the adult Randy better, but now that must wait. A truly generous person, the kindest of hearts, a joyous spirit, very much missed. You made the world a better place for every one you met.
