Reva Hornbeck Obituary

HORNBECK Reva B., 100, wife of 65 years to William Alton Hornbeck, died on June 17, 2018. She is survived by a sister, Suzanne Kelley of Lexington and sons, Mike (Julie) and Glenn (Lanier); one daughter, Jane Clay Zakrzewski (Edward) of Philadelphia; four grandchildren, Kelly Elizabeth Moore (Mark) of Georgetown, Christopher William Ervin of Lexington, Alexandria Clay Zakrzewski (Matt) of Dayton and Samuel Edward Zakrzewski of Brooklyn, NY; three great-granddaughters, Amber Rose, Erin, and Emma of Georgetown. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Dennis Burrows, will be Thur., June 21, 2018, 11:30 AM, Milward-Broadway, 159 N. Broadway with burial following at the Lexington Cemetery. Visitation, Wed., June 20, 2018, 6-8 PM, Milward-Broadway. A reception will be held at Ashland Terrace after the committal at Lexington Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Kentucky United Methodist Children's Home, 1115 Ashgrove Rd., Nicholasville, KY 40356 or the Ashland Terrace Retirement Home, 475 South Ashland Ave., Lexington, KY 40502. www.milwardfuneral.com
