Well you are a new great-grandmother. I know you would have fussed at Tina; but then again you would have loved this baby and spoiled him like you did Tina. She is a wonderful mother. Congrats to you.

Love;

Well, the time has come when I can no longer tease you about me being the mama now. I am missing you terribly and love you so very much, but you are no longer suffering and can now sit and see all the cooking shows you desire from above. Say hello to everyone for me and give them a big hug. Love you!!

To the Family of Ms. Rose(Stephanie, Bridgett, Kim, TJ )
I'm so sorry to hear of Ms. Rose's passing; but just know that God knows just how much we can bear. I pray in time your heart will stop aching, but most of all that you will have peace in your mind. Just know that she loved us all, she feed us with so many rolls, cakes and other good food thru the years, that she will never be forgotten and neither will our weight! :) Forever your friend

Grandmother,
I want you to know that I love you very much and I'm going to miss you. I know that the past few years I haven't been there with you and I just want to say Im sorry. Even though I wasn't there physically, you were and still will forever be in my heart. Janice found this poem that you wrote:

_THE SILVER LINING
THERE'S NEVER A DAY SO SUNNY BUT A LITTLE CLOUD APPEARS; THERE'S NEVER A LIFE SO HAPPY BUT HAS ITS TIME OF TEARS. YET THE SUN SHINES OUT THE BRIGHTER WHENEVER THE TEMPEST CLEARS. THERE'S NEVER A GARDEN GROWING, WITH ROSES IN EVERY PLOT, THERE NEVER A HEART SO HARDENED BUT IT HAS ONE TENDER SPOT. WE HAVE ONLY TO PRUNE THE BORDER TO FIND THE FORGET-ME-NOT. THERE'S NEVER A SUN THAT RISES BUT WE KNOW 'TWILL SET AT NIGHT, THE TINTS THAT GLEAM IN THE MORNING AT EVENING ARE JUST AS BRIGHT AND THE HOUR THAT IS THE SWEETEST IS BETWEEN THE DARK AND LIGHT. THERE'S NEVER A DREAM SO HAPPY BUT THE WAKENING MAKES US SAD. THERE'S NEVER A DREAM OF SORROW BUT THE WAKENING MAKES US GLAD. WE SHALL LOOK SOMEDAY WITH WONDER AT THE TROUBLE WE HAVE HAD.
This is your poem I hope it brings back memories for you. I will always love you.
Stephawephabeewee.

Grandmother, I know you no longer hurt and suffer because there is no better place than with her Gracious Father, Jesus but I will miss you more than any words I could ever say. I was with you Sunday and you wanted soup and we got that soup. I still hear your voice saying "I want some more that soup". We had our Sunday moments and I will forever cherish the times we spent. Love and miss you always. I know that we will all miss you but God needs you more and he has called upon you to watch over us as my mother, my aunts and so many others that have gone on before you. You all remain steadfast in my loving heart.

Jan I am so sorry to hear the passing of your mother. She was a great person I consider her my "FRIEND" because we both like to pick on you. Maybe by now she has introduced herself to my mom and there are talking about their daughters. I'm here if you need me.. Your friend and co-worker of 19 years. Teresa

It was my privilige to be a volunteer in the kitchen at Calvary Baptist Church during "Rose's" final years at the church. She meant a lot to all of us at the church.

Hello Family,

So sorry that your heart has to suffer another loss--and especially the loss of Rosetta.

We can have all kinds of dreams, but know that she is with her God that she so believed in and so many that she loved that went before her.

I keep you all in my prayers and heart.
