Sharon Garms

GARMS Sharon, widow of Mike Garms, quietly passed away Saturday evening, May 7, 2016. Sharon worked as an Executive Secretary in government, was active in and around the Brookdale Richmond Place senior living center, and attended Saint Elizabeth Anne Seaton Catholic Church. She was also one of the most devoted Michigan State Spartans you'd ever meet! She is survived by her daughters Michelle (George) Monticello and Karen deKanter; and grandchildren Michael, Emily and Anna deKanter. Her Brookdale neighbors will celebrate her life Wednesday at 4pm at Richmond Place. A graveside ceremony where she will be interred with her devoted husband Mike Garms will be held May 21 at 10:30am at Holy Sepulcher cemetery in Southfield, Michigan.
