I first met Steve when I was a little kid and my grad student dad lived across a yard from Steve and other Architecture students. Steve and those guys were amazing. I feel -privileged and honored to have known Steve decades after that as well. I will miss him very much but also will keenly keep his memory alive.

Steve was a skillful architect with a lovey sense of aesthetic and genuine technical skill. I never witnessed the many perils of architectural practice or life alter his sense of humor and goodwill. It was a blessing to work with him. May his memory be eternal.

I'll miss his dry sense of humor. I saw him a couple times a year before Covid came along but worked with him for MANY years at SCB. I've got some fond memories of time spent with Steve. He was a good man.

We had a lot of good times through the years. Several dozen construction projects we worked together. I can remember sitting in CCI's having cocktails and picking out paint colors for our latest project. Rest easy my friend.
