Susan Webb

1962 - 2015

WEBB Susan Marie, 52, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2015, at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington. Susan was born in Northern Kentucky on December 3, 1962 and was the daughter of the late Lowell Webb and Margaret Webb. Susan graduated from Johnson Central High School in Paintsville and Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in psychology and elementary education. She was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority at EKU. Susan was a dedicated daughter and was a true friend to all that knew her. After graduation from EKU, Susan worked at the Rock A Billy Cafe on Richmond Road and then had a long career at Darryl's Restaurant on Nicholasville Road. In the summer of 1998 Susan's career path took a change and she got her license to sell real estate. Her career as a Realtor started with Paul Semonin Realtors and then Rector Hayden Realtors where she flourished for many years. She continued in real estate with Berkshire Hathaway de Movellan Properties until her untimely death. Throughout her time as a Realtor, Susan was a true professional and was passionate about giving her clients the best possible service. In Susan's spare time she was a dedicated rescuer of dogs that were in need of a second chance for a good life. Many of them now have a happy home solely because of her efforts. Susan is survived by her mother, Margaret Boyd Webb, now of Paintsville and her special friend, Jack Whittemore and his family of Lexington. Services were held for Susan on January 14, 2015, at Hager Hill Freewill Baptist Church with her burial being in the Johnson County Memorial Cemetery outside of Paints-ville. Many close friends will mourn Susan's passing. May you rest in peace, dear friend. We will forever love you!
