Theresa Alma Mee STENHOLM

STENHOLM Theresa Alma Mee, 99, wife of the late Eric "John" Stenholm, died Wed, July 25, 2012 at Taylor Manor in Versailles, KY. Born Sep 20, 1912 in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late John Dennis and Theresa Marie Haley Mee. Mrs. Stenholm was a class of 1930 graduate of Notre Dame Academy in Boston, a homemaker, and had worked at American Mutual Insurance Co and in later years worked for a medical convention management group in Boston. She was active with the Campfire Girls for many years and was a charter member of St. Mary's Sodality in Dedham, MA. Mrs. Stenholm was a member of Cathedral of Christ the King and Pax Christi Catholic Church. Survivors include two daughters, Christina "Nina" (Joseph) O'Leary, Lexington, KY and Ann Theresa Stenholm, Raleigh, NC; two grandsons, Sean (Hannah) O'Leary, Lexington, KY and Brian (Katrina) O'Leary, Lexington, KY; and 3 great grandchildren, Una, Eamonn, and Delaney O'Leary. A memorial service will be held at 10:30am Sat at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. by Rev. Nick Pagano. Inurnment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the entire staff at Taylor Manor.
