Ronald Harvey Faust

Ronald Lake City, Florida - Faust Harvey Faust Ronald Harvey Faust, 95, of Lake City, passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2025. He was born on August 14, 1930 to the late James Faust and Olive Miskinnis Faust. He has made the Lake City area his home since 2004, moving here from the Key West area. He was a US Air Force Veteran, who owned and operated P.A.R Vending with his sons for a little over 38 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed traveling to his North Carolina Mountain home during the summertime, restoring old cars and clocks, woodworking, building furniture, painting, sketching and working with puzzles. He also enjoyed going to antique stores as well as being outdoors. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 56 years, Jo Ann Virginia Faust; brother, Lee Faust and sister, Janet Klingsmith.

He is survived by his two sons, Phillip Faust (Gail Lovejoy) of Lake City and Paul Faust (Lorraine) of New Bern, NC; grandchildren, Jennifer Faust, Jeanette Faust Dings (Josh), Dakota Faust Smith (Andy), Madison Faust Carmen (Justin) and James Shaffer Faust (Amanda). Six great-grandchildren, Ethan Faust, Aria Faust, Jackson Carmen, Sloane Smith, Jessa Dings and Norah Smith along with extended family members and friends also survive.

A memorial service for Mr. Faust will be conducted on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 5:00 P.M. in the Gateway-Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel. A private family interment will follow at a later date. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation beginning at 4:00 P.M. prior to the service at the funeral home.
