January 9, 1961 – April 5, 2025
James Michael Joslin, 64, of Lebanon, died, Saturday, April 5, 2025.
Mike was born January 9, 1961 at Blytheville Air Force Base in Blytheville, Arkansas. Mike moved to Lebanon as a child and resided in Lebanon all his life.
Mike had attended Crowfoot Elementary, Seven Oaks Middle School and graduated From Lebanon Union High School in 1979.
Mike had worked at Jerry's Market until going to Chemeketa Community College for Fire Science. He later joined the Lebanon Fire Department, where he worked over twenty years and advanced in rank before retiring. He had a great deal of love and respect for his co-workers.
He is survived by his children, MyRanda (Jay), Stephanie, MyLana, and Adam (Brandi). Mother G. Kaye Wilkerson. Sisters Jennifer, Jamie, Becki, Lisa (Bill) Bergstrom and Dani (Bob) Anderlik. Grandchildren Kylee Mariner, Tristan Mariner, Addison Mariner, Bronson Mariner, Ethan Perez, Elijah Perez, DeVonte Williams, DeAndre Williams, Annaleah Joslin, Olivia Joslin, Ariel Joslin, Presley Joslin, and great-grandson Oliver McIntire. Nephews Andrew, Jordan, Christopher, Isaac, Dylan, Jacob, and Aaron. Nieces Amanda, Haley, and Chloé. And special cousin Robert Eddy.
Plans for a celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Huston-Jost Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

My dad was on the fire department with Mike. Growing up I had a lot of interactions with him as I spent a lot of time down there with my dad, Mike treated my dad and my mom with respect, and at times came over to visit when not on duty just to see how everyone was doing. He stayed close to my family all these years.
