Rebecca Dreher Obituary

Rebecca Jane Dreher, 64, died Friday, September 12, 2025, at her home after a five year standoff battle with metastatic breast cancer. Rebecca was born on April 15, 1961 to John and Eunice (Kvale) Dreher in Rochester, MN. Rebecca graduated from Mankato State University with Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She was a rural carrier for USPS until her medical retirement. Rebecca's hobbies were tending horses, chickens, dogs, and cats, gardening, drawing and various artistic endeavors. She was an avid naturalist, and a book lover. Rebecca is survived by her mother, Eunice (Kvale) Hill; children, Tracy (Brett) Kepford of Kansas City, MO, Travis Lorentzen of Rochester, MN; siblings, Susan Dreher of Rochester, Jeffrey Dreher of Rochester; and 2 grandchildren, Clayton and Piper Kepford. Rebecca was preceded in death by her grandparents; father, John Dreher; and niece, Alyssa Misch. A private burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Memorials in honor of Rebecca may be donated to Paws and Claws or Camp Companion. Memories and condolences of Rebecca may be shared at rochestercremationservicesmn.com
