Everett Snowden Obituary
Everett passed March 16, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Jennifer and sister Marjie,. He is survived by Vera; sister Shirley; sons Steve, Mike and Allan (Kim); 5 grandchildren Sabrina, Quinn (Lindsey), Silvano (Becca), Austin and Ali; and 6 great-grandchildren Callan, Venezia, James, Lucca, Shepherd and Jude.
Everett's family moved to Greenfield in 1934. He had many stories about life growing up there and had many lifelong friends.
Everett owned and operated Snowden's Garage for 32 years. Everett loved working on cars. His favorite sport was Nascar.
Both Everett and Vera enjoyed traveling and camping- starting with their tiny travel trailer and their four children camping at Arroyo Seco, San Antonio lake and Big Sur to name a few . After retirement they spent time traveling with their fifth wheel trailer on trips including Alaska and Baja. They enjoyed many winters in Yuma with all their Canadian friends.
At home, Everett was a member of Lions Club, Rotary Club, Silver Kings and Queens, Tumbleweeds Trailer Club, and spent time on the Board of the Memorial Hall. He enjoyed his trips to the coffee shop to spend time with his friends.
Above all, Everett loved Vera. He loved time with his children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought him joy and smiles every single visit.
