James Leslie Hardee Sr.

ORANGEBURG, SC | James Leslie Hardee Sr., 73, of Orangeburg, died Thursday, December 15, 2016, at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 19, 2016, at Memorial Church of the Nazarene in Orangeburg. The Rev. Billy Williams will be officiating. He was born January 25, 1943, in Kinston, N.C. He was the son of the late Edward James Hardee and the late Dadie Ipock Hardee. He was a Corporate Pilot. He was predeceased by the mother of his children, the late Mayme Hardee. Survivors include his wife, Linda Carson Hardee of the home; sons, James Leslie Hardee, Jr. (Glenda) of Orangeburg and Gary Allan Hardee (Ginger) of Sandy Run; step-sons Eddie Bonnette and Tommie Scott of Cope, David Bonnette and Amy Guthrie of Orange Park, Fla.; step-daughter Lisa and Tim Treadaway of Orangeburg; four grandchildren and five step-grandchildren. The family will receive friends after the memorial service at the church on Monday, December 19, 2016. Memorials may be made to Maude Shipley/ SPCA; P.O. Box 1584.
