Sheri Lynn (Frymoyer) Farrell
Kirksville - 1955 - 2021. Sheri Lynn Frymoyer Farrell was born on February 28th, 1955. On August 10th, 1978 Sheri married The Fortunate One. Sheri died on June 7th, 2021 surrounded by family. Those who knew Sheri loved Sheri. Upon diagnosis of cancer, Sheri accepted the process of dying with dignity and gracefulness that came naturally for Sheri.
Family and friends were honored to minister to and hold vigil for Sheri in her preparation for the second most important day in her life. Everyone at Hospice was endearing and respectful. We are deeply honored to be in their presence.
In some so-called primitive cultures, after a person dies, they were never to be spoken of again. Was this taboo a means of forgetting their ancestors or a means of forcing a different way of perception?
Perhaps it was a way for the living to see where the ancestor came from and returned. The ancestors are here in our very presence. Existence gave birth to all, and all return to its bosom. Existence is without beginning, without end. It is boundless in both time and space. Existence is close at hand. In order to touch it, change your way of perceiving, your way of thinking. Once that tiny seed is planted in your being, baptize it with water, let the blowing of the wind direct and shape its growth until it permeates your entire being. When it permeates your entire being, you will see it permeates everything, existence in its entirety.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on July 3, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Sheri's home. Sheri would like a memorial fund to go to the Hospice of Northeast Missouri, 201 South Baltimore, Suite C, Kirksville, MO 63501.
