Dear Irene and family and friends of Robert H. Dulin, LCDR,
On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans - USSVI, please accept our sincere sympathy at Robert's passing. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May you find kindness to warm you, sympathy to comfort you, and cherished memories to bring peace to your heart.
We are forever grateful for Bob's service to our country in the United States Submarine service. Bob enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1963 and retired as a LCDR in 1993. The many awards he received during his distinguished career are listed in his obituary. Robert was a RM2(SS) when he qualifed in submarines aboard the USS Henry L Stimson (SSBN-655) in 1968. To our Brother of the Phin we say, Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch.
Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. 2 Thessalonians 3:16.
Dulin, Robert H., LCDR, US Navy, now on Eternal Patrol -- Fair Winds and Following Seas to our departed shipmate. Robert's record is posted online in the Eternal Patrol file on the USSVI website.
