Anothony Sanders Obituary
Knoxville, TN
Anthony Eugene Sanders, of Knoxville, went home to be with his Lord and Savior April 13, 2015. Employed at Green Mountain Coffee and a member of Roger's Memorial Baptist Church. He loved playing with the children, loved sports, and took pride in the way he dressed. He will be greatly missed.
Preceded in death by parents, Wiley and Lizzie; brother, Gilbert Sanders. Survivors: wife, Nancy Thomas Sanders; sons, Anthony (Kavonna) Sanford and John Thomas; daughters, Shanell (Solomon) Chapman, and Kaynisha and Tiara Sanders; grandchildren, Ariona, Avery, and Anthony Sanford, Jr., Saniya, Sebrea, Sakerea Chapman; brothers, Lindell (Debra) and Ronald Sanders; aunts, Mellow Mae Every, LeNora, and Audreay Mitchell, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends to include devoted cousin and caregiver, Angie Hardy. Special thanks to the UT hospital fourth and fifth floor heart care and cericial medical care staff.
Family will receive friends, 11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., Saturday at Rogers Memorial Baptist Church; funeral service, 11:30 a.m., Rev. Michel S. E. Caldwell, Officiating. Interment Mount Olive Cemetery. Arrangements by Jarnigan & Son Mortuary. www.jarnigansmortuary

Four years ago this funny, straight forward man
came into my life. In a room of 20+ he walked up and just started talking to me like we had been best friends for year laughing and joking. For 4 days we meet for orintation and all days he made me laugh at the end of the week we found out that we would be on differnt shifts but that did not stop us hard workers as we are we did overtime and got to spend time together. I would forget i was at work sometimes. Spending time with Tony was a blessing and now God has a blessing. You will be missed my friend.
