I was very saddened to hear about Arnold's passing. I believe I met Arnold the very first day I went to work for the old L&N RR back in May of 1968. Through the years we worked on many projects together at the railroad even though we were in different departments most of that time. When Arnold retired from CSX, he was my boss and I always enjoyed working for him.
We were both dedicated U of KY Wildcat fans - in all sports and that was a strong bond between us.
I will miss Arnold but I have many fond memories of my times with him through the years at work and at leisure.
My deepest sympathy to Arnold's family in their loss.
