I was greatly saddened to discover the obituary yesterday of a man aside from my own father that I greatly respected and admired. Dr Stieffel was my dentist for 55 years and grew to respect his enormous skills and his wit and humor. He loved to make you chuckle and sooth your tension with his subtle monologue .
His skil and professionalism and his genuine care set a very high standard . In short he was an exceptional doctor and he will be nasser
I have thought of him many times since his retirement and I lament that I didn't seek to tell him how much he meant to me and the rest of our family.
I know your greif. My father John C Turner passed Feb 12 2021 mostly from covid. Dad was very healthy and active until he contacted covid in late January.
I miss the two greatest role models I always looked up to

Dr. Stiefel was my dentist for a long time. I considered him and his family friends. He could always make you smile and listen to my crazy life stories. The world is a sadder place without his smile. To the family I am so sorry for your loss. We did not know about the service or we would have been there. Earths loss is Heavens gain. Rest in peace my friend.

What a great man of patience. He was my scoutmaster in the 70's and some of them, not me, really put him through it. I always respected and admired him, sorry to hear of his passing.

My deepest sympathy to Dr. Stiefel's family. He would always ask me about my parents when I was in his office. May the memories provide peace, comfort, laughter and love.

Our family is crazy and complicated, but Dr. Stiefel (and the rest of the Stiefel family) always made us feel that it was all ok and -- better than that -- it was special and amazing. Dr. Stiefel created a place where we felt like family. I can never express how important that was to me, and how much it was appreciated. He will be sorely missed. With love, Erin Christen & family.

Was a patient of Dr. Stiefel from Sept. 1965 until his retirement. He took good care of me. With a smile on his face and a lot of interest in the work I did, we became good friends. I carry his work with me every day. My condolences to his family.
