Cynthia Anne Cardwell, age 52, of Knoxville, died as a result of a motor vehicle accident Thursday evening, November 8, 2018.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her daughter, Aaliyah Cardwell; grandparents, Mae and Harrison Smith; fiance, Steve Leming.

She is survived by children, Jade Gordy, Elijah Koons, Zachary Koons, Chloe-Grace Cardwell; grandchildren, Carter Gordy and Harper Johnson; mother and step- father, Sue and Jim Coffey; sister and brother in law, Susan and Doug Jones; half-brother Jeremy Cardwell; half-sister, Andrea Cardwell; aunt, Marian Howard; uncle, Mike (Patti) Howard; cousin, Steve Wilson; beloved dog, Diego; special friends, Anita Brady, Joe and Ginger Berry; lifelong friends, Tessa Townsend Gentry, Taryn Townsend Erwin, Bob Sexton and countless others. She was loved by so many. Cindy had a loving heart and a free spirit.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
