McCALLIE, DAVID FRANKLIN - 68, of 8048 Steekee Creek Road, Loudon, died at his home Sunday morning, March 5, 2006. He was of the Baptist faith & a faithful employee of White Store, Loudon where he was a Butcher & Assistant Manager for 30 years. Preceded in death by: his parents, James Alexander McCallie & Sallie Grimes McCallie Bradshaw; great-granddaughter, Darby Ashton Cooley. Survivors: mother of his children, Ursa Russell McCallie, Loudon; daughters & sons-in-law, Rita & Randy Gardner, Philadelphia, Crystal & Brian Baxter, Loudon; sons, Jimmy McCallie & wife Metodia, & Mark McCallie, Loudon; 8 grandchildren, Heath Cooley, Travis Gardner, Jordan McCallie, David McCallie, Amy Webb, Courtney McCallie, Hayden & Brianna Baxter; great-grandchildren, Sierra Costner, Franklin & Logan Webb, Maylee & Jasper Cooley, Ryan, Kinsley & Jacob Garner; brother, Joe McCallie, Maryville; aunt, Susan Watkins, Loudon; uncles & aunt, Fred & Jose McCallie & Sam McCallie of Sweetwater. Funeral services 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Rick Kirkland & Rev. Jamey Patterson officiating. Interment 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Corinth Cemetery. Family will receive friends 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Loudon Funeral Home.
