Unfortunately I did not know Mr. Chris Hoey personally but I do know his niece Ms.Susan Cooper Silvia. I also know that the "apple does not fall far from the tree" and from what I know of Susan, it is obvious that Mr. Hoey was a incredible and wonderful person. I unfortuantely did did not know Mr. Hoey, but I do know his niece Susan Cooper Silvia. I also know that the "apple doesn't fall far from the tree" So from what I know of Susan, I can only assume Mr. Hoey was an incredible and wonderful person. I'm am truly sorry for your loss.
