J.C. Perkey, age 60, of Knoxville passed away on Saturday November 25, 2017, at home. He was preceded in death by parents, Jessie C. and Gertrude Spires Perkey; sister, Debra A. Holloway; grandparents, Bob and Biddie Spires, and Hubert and Betty Perkey. He is survived by sisters, Judy (Bobby) Hickey, Sue (Bill) Hooper; brother, Dale Perkey, all of Knoxville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family held private services.
