LaFollette, TN

Mr. Jimmy Bower Arnold, age 56, of LaFollette, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017. He was owner and operator of J.B. Arnold Company. He was a member of LaFollette United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Uless and Edith Arnold, and Benjamin A. and Pat Bower. Survivors include his wife, Starla D. Arnold; daughter, Brittany Starr Bean and Husband, Andrew; son, Bower Abraham Arnold; parents, Jimmy L. and Rosalind Bower Arnold; sister, Hannah Lillian Winchester, and Husband David A.; brothers, Benjamin Christopher Arnold and Wife, Mary Wynn, Uless Joseph Arnold, and John Tracy Arnold and Wife, Meredith; special friends, Jeff Parrott, Jeff Ellison, Mark Hoskins, David Reynolds, Mickey Sharp, Bob Howell, Bert Hatmaker, Bobby Crass, Jay Smith, and Cheri Higdon; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, at 4:00 PM, at LaFollette United Methodist Church, with Rev. Dr. Chris Stanfield and Rev. Joey St. John officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Saturday before services. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to: Campbell County Cancer Association, P.O. Box 122, Jacksboro, TN 37757 or Campbell County Veteran Honor Guard, 705 East Central Ave., LaFollette, TN 37766. Online condolences for Mr. Arnold may be made at www.waltersfuneralhome.net.
