Jean,
This is my first time to find this site, but wanted to send my deepest condolences for the loss of dear Jack. He was 'one of a kind' and I always think of you two together. I think he will be holding open the door when it comes your turn to go home. I love you both sincerely and continually. Birdie

Thanks to all our many friends, family and spiritual family who sent cards and beautiful letters telling me how very much Jack meant to them. It warmed my heart to hear your testimonies of your relationship with my precious Jack. He was a good husband and father, friend, spiritual leader--a man who loved Jesus and people. The world was a better place because Jack walked in it. I thank God for his life and that his life was joined with mine. We had a wonderful life and a wonderful marriage and a wonderful relationship with our Savior. I rejoice over our legacy of three children (and their spouses), six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. And all because two people fell in love. Jack lived well and he died well and he lives now in the presence of His Lord. I will miss him but I will see him again one day.
