Whitey was one of a kind. Kind to all with never a negative word for anyone. A true gentleman. He was a success in his religious/family life and his expert work to control our environment. All should be proud of this patriots way of life and try to mimic it. I was proud to know this man for over 30 years.

Kathy, and your entire family. It was with deep sadness that I heard of his passing. It was a shame that we have not seen each other in many years.
