Lena Carolyn McFalls, age 77 of West Knoxville, peacefully departed this life on September 13, 2017. Carolyn was a loving sister and aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was born in Sevier County and was very proud of her Smoky Mountain Heritage. She graduated from Farragut High School in 1958 and was voted "Most Studious" by her classmates her senior year. She was a member of Farragut First Baptist Church and later attended Community Baptist Church. She devoted her life to caring for her mother and loved spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by parents, Robert and Lula Mae McFalls; brothers, Perman, Junior, Clell, Fred and Ronald McFalls; sisters, Eula Whaley, Louise Ogle, Bertha Rogers and Kate Gibson; nieces, Johnnie Ruth Davis and Kathy Ball; nephews, Jimmy, Ernie and David McFalls. Survived by sister, Margie Herron, sisters-in-law; Agnes, Nellie and Ann McFalls, brother-in-law; Jack Rogers, special friend Verneen Holland, many nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.

The family would like to give special thanks to Carolyn's caretakers Chrissy Jarnagin, Kim Smith, Janice Williams, Sherry Clowers, Charlene Mack, Sheila Crisp and Lisa Gibson.

The family will receive friends on Friday, September 15, 2017 from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm with service following at 7:00 pm at Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel, with Rev. James McFalls and Larry Ogle officiating. Burial will take place on Saturday, September 16th at 11:00 am, at Edgewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Baptist Church, 504 Everett Rd. Knoxville TN 37934.
