MATTHEW FIELDS Obituary

FIELDS, MATTHEW BRIAN - age 58, of Knoxville, passed away on November 20, 2014, at UT Hospital. Matt graduated from South High School in Knoxville and attended Tennessee Tech in Cookeville. He was employed at Western Plaza Barber Shop. He was an accomplished musician and vocalist. He was a man who was loved by all who knew him. Preceded in death by father, Robert Dudley Fields, and mother, Louise Erwin Fields. Survived by some special cousins and many wonderful friends. Services will take place on Friday, December 5th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Episcopal Church of the Good Samaritan, the Reverend Taylor W. Dinsmore officiating. Inurnment will be at Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Greeneville, Tennessee at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2014. Memorials may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Good Samaritan music department.
