I'm sorry to hear of Buck's passing. I knew him at VMI- seems whenever I saw him, he had that contagious smile on his face. We fell out of contact since graduation, but I really feel his loss, but I'm encouraged to know he knew the Lord.

I was just looking through some of my old photos from my Germany assignment, and ran across one of Buck and me onstage when we played against each other as leads in "The Pirates of Penzance." Thought "what ever became of Buck?" and Googled him. So very sad to see that I've missed a chance to say hi. My sincere condolences to his friends and family.

Victoria and April, very sorry for your loss. I just found out yesterday. Rich was a good, kind, loving, caring, fun "guy" who loved life. He was loved by many - and those of us working with him - just loved his hats. He always made everyone smile. Thoughts and prayers go out to you.

RIP Buck. Always cheerful, he was great to be around and made the "VMI Experience" more bearable. He could always be relied upon to smuggle some cans of Iron City into the barracks for his fellow Pennsylvanians on his return from leave. He was my Brother Rat and one of the groomsmen at our wedding 41 years ago. Our deepest sympathy to his family.

Victoria and April, very sorry for your loss. Being that we are so far away I will be unable to attend the funeral Saturday. My thoughts and prayers will be with you both.
I fondly remember our love of Penguin hockey and remember many times all of us cousins running and playing during many birthday parties out in western Pa growing up, as we all lived so close to each other.
Again my deepest sympathy to you,
Deborah Matafka Bugaile

To Rich's Family:

At B & W in Pennsylvania, Rich and I had adjoining offices (shared wall). I could always tell when the Penguins were doing good or bad.

My condolences and sympathy.

Veronica and April, I was so saddened to hear of Rich's passing. I had just been thinking of him and that it had been a few years since I've heard from him. In HS, Rich was the one in Glee, and everyone else was a back up. Always a funny memory. Rich was a caring guy, I will miss him. My sincere condolences. Grant him Eternal Peace,O Lord.
