Robert Frank Wyatt, 86, of Kingston, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2017 with his family by his side. A native of Kingston, TN, he was a veteran of the Korean War having served in the U.S. Navy. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and raising his bird dogs. He loved his family, with his grandsons holding a special place in his heart. He was preceded in death by his wife of almost 62 years, Carolyn "Jo" Whedbee Wyatt; parents, William West and Pearl Elizabeth Miller Wyatt; brothers Bill and Albert; sisters Etta, Sally, Pauline, Betty and twin sister Dixie. He is survived by his daughters Brenda (Phil) and Saundra, and grandsons Nicholas Wyatt Barish, Joseph Louis Barish (Samantha), and Matthew Wyatt Dawson (Jessica), and five great-grandchildren, Aidan, Piper, Bella, Killian, and Gavin and special friend Charley Ray of Kingston. Graveside services will be held at 11am on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Kingston Memorial Gardens with military honors given by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard with the Reverend Dale Watson officiating. A reception will follow at Young's Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Lawnville Road, Kingston. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Robert's memory may be made to the Young's Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1705 Lawnville Road, Kingston, TN 37763 and to Roane County Paws, P.O.
