Ruby Bohanan Obituary
Knoxville, TN
Ruby Helen Bohanan, age 84, of the Solway Community Knoxville passed away Wednesday evening, April 18, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.
Ruby was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving wife and mother, and took care of her family. Ruby enjoyed cooking and working in her flower garden. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Miller and Rachel Patterson Miller and 11 siblings.
Ruby is survived by her husband of 54 years, Malcolm Bohanan; daughter, Patricia Bohanan; son and daughter-in-law, Malcolm Bohanan Jr and Jennifer; granddaughter, Amber Davis; sister, Virginia Sweet; several nieces and nephew;siser-in-law, Opal Monday; special friends, Pat Scibienski, Chuck and Ann Lee.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. on Sunday at the Click Funeral Home Middlebrook Chapel. Family and friends will gather at 1 p.m. on Monday at Stoney Point Cemetery for graveside services with Chaplain Tom Rayford officiating.
