To my dear friend Charlotte and her family:
Please accept heart felt condolences from your friends in the Coast Guard D7, dri. I personally asked God to take Sam under his loving care and rejoin him with the rest of the family already there. I also asked for a blessing, for the entire family, of peace, strength and appreciation for all the great memories and love Sam leaves behind. Unfortunately, I did not have the honor of knowing him, but I do know his dear daughter Charlotte. She is great testimony of absolutely awesome parents and a cohesive family. May God Bless you all and may Sam's memory continue to bless your days for a long, long time.
