Dr. Shawnna Lynn Steele-Battier, passed away suddenly on October 1, 2015 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is the daughter of Maurice Steele and Jervece (Leath) Steele.
A memorial service will be held at Apostolic Christian Church, 5020 Pleasant Ridge Road, Knoxville, Tennessee on October 17th at 2:00 pm. Flowers may be delivered to the church Monday morning. I just received an email from Seven Star Dental. I am saddened and shocked!! I became a new patient of Dr. Battier just after the passing of her husband. Before my exam she and I talked extensively about the goodness of God, grief, healing and LAUGHED as if we had known each other for years! May the comfort of God's love, the memories of her dynamic smile, upbeat energy and passion for how she cared for others bring joy to your heart.
