I appreciate the work the McBees did for us as young people in the 1960's in the MYF and Sunday School programs at Fountain City Church. My sympathy to the family in your loss.

Dear Sidney and Family, Your dad was always such a kind, helpful and encouraging Christian friend to my dad, Dr. Bill Bryant. As fellow residents of Parkview Apartments, Shelby and Dad visited regularly, and they frequently shared meals together. Shelby's physical presence will always be missed, but he will be with us in spirit. It was a joy to see him and have a chat when I visited my dad.
With kindest personal regards and deepest sympathy,

Buford McBee

Cousins...sorry for your loss, I wish I had spent more time in Uncle Shelby's presence. He was always such an inspiring person, and I enjoyed listening to him share.

So very sorry to learn about the passing of your dad. It was good to be able to see him not too long ago here at Oak Grove in Atlanta.
