He was my best friend in the army. We had some great times that I cherish the memories of. I have tried to find him for years. My heart is filled with sadness at the discovery that he has departed. His memory and the good times we had will forever be with me .

I am so sorry to learn of Steven's passing. May God strengthen and comfort you. My great-grandfather was Vince Nicley a brother to Ulrey Nicley, who is my great-uncle.
