THOMAS BELLAMY Obituary

BELLAMY, THOMAS L. "TOM" - age 78, of Sweetwater, passed away at 10:30 p.m., on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at the family home. Tom was the owner and operator of Toms Gun and Ammo store in Sweetwater for 40 years. Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Woodrow "T.W." and Edith Jane Bellamy; grandson, Tim Hunt; brothers, William "Widgie", Woodrow F. "Woody" Bellamy. Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Alice and Chip Hunt, Brenda and Jim Wilson, all of Sweetwater; grandchildren, David Hunt, of Sweetwater, Michael Hunt, of Madisonville, Nick Wilson, of Mechanicsburg, PA, Kendra Thomas, of Madisonville; several great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Joan Bellamy, of Sweetwater, Sheila Bellamy, of Athens; special nephew, Toby Bellamy, of Sweetwater; nieces, Karen Kramer, of VA, and Lisa Stewart, of Athens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 15, 2015, at Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. in Kyker's Chapel with Rev. Dennis Hicks officiating. Interment 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Sweetwater Memorial Park. Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater, in charge of arrangements.www.kykerfuneralhomes.com
