My fondest memories of Uncle Billy were at Christmas. All the kids would be waiting with anticipation for Santa. Billy would go downstairs & don the outfit & sneak up the side stairs booming HOHOHO. The kids would run screaming to get inside to sit on his lap. Also many fond memories of family picnics at Backbone Rock & Easter Sundays at Mamaw & papws house. My heart goes out to Billy, Jack & Jane and their famlies & also to Robert,Richard, Dot & Evelyn. I know your pain & love you all very much.

I am so sorry and send my deepest sympathy to my Uncle Bill's family. I spoke to him briefly while caring for my mom, Dorothea, in Ohio last week. The flowers he and Evelyn sent mom were simply beautiful, I regret that we cannot pay our respect to my Uncle and family as well at this time.
