WILLIE ANN SLAGLE

SLAGLE, WILLIE ANN - age 93, of Knoxville, passed away Friday morning, June 6, 2014. Willie Ann was a member of Berean Bible Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fredrick W. (Ted) Slagle; her parents, Hiram Blackburn Deaver and Sarah Louise Neal Deaver; and her granddaughter, Ashley Slagle Roback. She is survived by her daughter, Lou Ann Slagle; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Ann Slagle; granddaughters, Stephanie Slagle Thompson and husband Brennan, Melissa Slagle Rust and husband Blake; grandson, Scott Slagle; grandson-in-law, Zafer Roback; great grandson, Trey Roback; and great granddaughters, Taylor Thompson, Olivia Roback, and Caroline Thompson. Family and friends will gather at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, at Highland Memorial Cemetery for graveside services with Pastor Steve Sykes officiating.
