Winston Evans Obituary
Powell, TN
Winston Bullen Evans, age 86, a member of First Baptist Church of Powell, passed away at her home on December 9. Winston was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. She is preceded in death by father James Bullen; mother Pearl Bullen; sister Gladys York; brother Paul Bullen; and infant son James Terrell Evans. She leaves behind her devoted husband of 67 years James "Jim" Evans; her children Jan Marker (Bob), Vicki Derreberry (Doug), Gary Evans (Kim); six grandchildren Scott and Kate Marker, Paige Brannan, Kent Derreberry, Brittany Hutchinson and Travis Evans; five great grandchildren and special niece Cindy Stooksbury. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to First Baptist Church of Powell. At Winston's request, family and friends will meet 1:45PM Tuesday at Mt. Hermon Methodist Church Cemetery for 2PM graveside service, Pastor Phil Jones officiating. Condolences for the Evans family may be expressed at www.mynattfh.com

Sorry to have heard and read about your Mother. I had met her a long time ago and remember her being a very kind woman. My prayer is for our Lord to wrap you all in his loving arms and comfort you at this time. Knowing she is resting in the arms of Jesus should make you SMILE.
