Glenn Freeman Obituary

CHURUBUSCO — Glenn "Ray" Freeman, 89, of Churubusco, passed away at 1:40 a.m. on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at his home.
Born in Allen County on October 15, 1928, he was born to Sidney and Jessie (Arnold) Freeman. He spent his formative years in Churubusco and graduated from Churubusco High School.
He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a longtime Fort Wayne barber, he owned Ray's Barber Shop on Goshen Road.
Glenn is survived by his companion of over 42 years, Ethel Harmon; a daughter, Kay (Leonard) Goble; two granddaughters, Gretchen (Scott) Powell and Becky (Steve) Schwegman; five great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Scott Freeman; a grandson, Michael Goble; two sisters, Betty Shank and Mary Brumbaugh; and three brothers, Walter, Fred and Charles Freeman.
At Ray's request there will be no services at this time.
