HAMILTON - Julia Ann Duncan, 81, of Hamilton, Indiana, died on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2025, at her residence.
She was born on July 2, 1944, in Hamilton, to Glenn and Fern (Stout) Duncan.
Julia was a lifelong Hamilton resident, with strong interests in local history and genealogy. Julia loved her family, animals, wildlife, antiquing, and going to garage sales. She thoroughly enjoyed feeding and watching the birds and squirrels in her later years.
Surviving are her nephews, Charles Hanes and Richard G. Duncan; and niece, Connie Wilkins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Robert Duncan and Richard K. Duncan; and four sisters, Phillis Hanes, Donna Jacob, Ellen Duncan and infant Carol Sue Duncan.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, at 10 a.m., at Hamilton Cemetery.
Preferred donations may be made to Hamilton Volunteer Fire Department, Steuben County, 7760 S. Wayne St., Hamilton, IN 46742.
