Kenneth Burch Obituary

QUINCY, Mich. — Kenneth Jay Burch, 65, died Monday Nov. 24, 2014 at his home with his family at his side.
He was born in Coldwater, Michigan, on Jan. 22, 1949 to the late Randall and Doris (Bennett) Burch.
He was a machinist for General Motors in Detroit. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, a lifetime member of DAV, founding father of Vietnam Veterans of Coldwater, Michigan and a member of the American Legion of Coldwater.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Burch.
He married Dolores Leaders on July 15, 2004. She survives, along with three sons, Kenneth (Tammy) Burch of Bronson, Michigan, Steven Burch of Michigan and Kevin Burch of Quincy, Michigan; a daughter Twila (Wayne) Becks of Coldwater; two stepchildren, Jenny Waller and Timothy Waller both of Quincy; a stepbrother, Grover (Beth) Arlt of Bronson; two sisters, Jean (Dick) Randall of Horton, Michigan, and Carol (Dave) Kotlarz of Minneapolis, Minnesota; a stepsister June Bryant of Quincy; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home, Hudson, with calling two hours prior to service. Pastor Craig Burkholder will officiate. Military services will be held at the funeral home.
Burial will be at a later date.
Memorials are to the family.

Thoughts and Prayers. I have great thoughts of how he helped me set up the tables for the Burch reunion a year ago. Was very gracious and giving. Dee and family will not be able to be with you in person on Sunday but our thoughts and prayers.
