Kenneth Harding
AUBURN - Kenneth L. Harding, 84, of Auburn, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025, at his home.
He was born on Dec. 16, 1940, in Auburn, a son of the late Roland G. Harding Sr., and Martha A. Harding.
Kenneth was a graduate of Waterloo High School.
He worked at Uniroyal Goodrich for more than 32 years, retiring in 1994, and had also been employed at DeKalb Agra.
Kenneth was a former member of the Jackson Township Fire Board.
In his younger years, he enjoyed hunting, and throughout his life, his greatest joy was spending time with his family. Kenneth and his wife, Diane, made their home in the house of his great-grandparents, where they created countless memories together.
Kenneth is survived by his wife of 65 years, Diane L. Harding; son, Wesley (Vickee) Harding, of Hamilton; daughters, Kimberley (Roger) Strautman, of Woodburn and Angela (Tyrone Maldeney) Harding, of Auburn; grandchildren, Jared Strautman, Regina Hetrick, Ryne Harding and Bryce Harding; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jack, Max, Simon, Eva, Nicolette and Kenneth; brothers, Daniel Harding, of Corunna and Leland Harding, of Fort Wayne; and sisters, Ann Wagner, of Middlebury and Rosalie Renkenberger, of Saint Joe.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Roland G. Harding Jr.
A private family gathering will be held on the Harding family farm at a later date.
