Robert Jacoby Obituary
He was born June 21, 1931, to the late LeRoy and Marguerite Jacoby in Fort Wayne. After graduating from Central High School in 1949, he married his high school sweetheart, Kathryn (Katy) Towns. He worked for Sun Heating, Treaty Co. and Schwab Metals.
In May of 1990, Bob and Katy moved to Crooked Lake, where he had spent many years fishing, boating, skiing and with family.
Bob is survived by son Michael (Kim) Jacoby; daughter Shelley (John) Boyd; five grandchildren, Jaymee (Alon) Kutchinsky, Jeremy Jacoby, Scott (Julie) Boyd, Jenny (Nick Ellert) Boyd, Kory (Jenny) Klute; six great-grandchildren, Trevor and Alec Boyd, Joselyn Boyd-Ellert, Zane and Milo Kutchinsky and Kaleb Klute; brothers, Charles (Doris) Jacoby, Tom (Susan) Jacoby; and sister, LeAnn (Kevin) Myers. Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Katy Jacoby.
A private family service will be held. D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
