BUTLER - Sally Ann Christlieb, 64, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, at her home in Butler, Indiana.
She was born on Sept. 23, 1960, in DeKalb County, Indiana, to Dallas LeRoy Christlieb Sr., and Fay Ann (Johnston) Christlieb.
Sally worked for Magnavox, was manager of a 60-unit apartment complex, worked for several different factories, including TI Automotive in Ashley, and most recently provided transportation for the Amish.
She loved spending time outdoors, tending to her flower garden and feeding the birds, often watching them with joy. A lifelong horse enthusiast, she grew up working with draft horses - pulling, showing them at fairs, and participating in parades alongside her parents. For several years, she was also an active member of the DeKalb County Farmers Market. She had a great sense of humor, enjoyed comedy movies, and loved a good laugh. In her free time, she liked playing a variety of board games and card games.
She also liked going to Bingo, fishing, playing pool and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She had a sense of humor, and it made everyone happy to see her smiling. She had a great heart with everlasting love for her close family and friends.
Surviving are two sons, Dennis Craig (Amanda Mae Truelove) Russell, of Butler and Kyle Nathan Fike, of Butler; two grandchildren, Kylie Nichole Russell, of Auburn and Destinee K. Fike, of Auburn; and a stepbrother, Danny Reidel, of Polo, Missouri.
