ANGOLA - Thomas J. Deller, 65, of Angola, Indiana, died on Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born on July 20, 1959, in Angola, Indiana, to Robert Dean and June Marie (Wagoner) Deller.
On Nov. 6, 1982, he married Karen Hunt.
Mr. Deller had worked at Northeast Mechanical in Fort Wayne, where he was an HVAC Technician.
Tom loved spending time with his family and friends, having morning coffee at the Shell station, and music, specifically playing the drums. One of his favorite memories was being a drummer for the band singletree.
Surviving are his wife, Karen Deller, of Angola; five children, Kourtney (Ross) Kinsey, of Fort Wayne, William (Jennifer) Deller, of Ashley, Ashley (Dustin) Combs, of Columbia City, T.J. (Taisha) Deller, of Fort Wayne and Christy (Ann) Deller, of North Carolina; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two brothers, William Deller, of Fort Wayne and Robert (Bernie) Deller of Auburn.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Michael Deller.
A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Young Family Funeral Home, Hudson-Ashley Chapel, 612 N. Main St., Hudson.
