Debra Payne Obituary

On Monday September 8, 2025 Debra Lucille Payne of Hamilton, MO passed away at the young age of 64, at Cameron Regional Medical Center. Debra was born at 07:01 a.m. January 4, 1961 in Elkhorn, Wisconsin to parents Billy Walter Payne (father) & Belva Lee Hart (Mother). Debra was as stubborn as they came for elderly (that is said as lovingly as it can be) and she herself had sad that herself multiple times. She enjoyed spending time with her family doing anything and everything as long as everybody is together. Debra loved to go play bingo, fishing, read romance books, cook, play video games with her kids and grandchildren alike, crochet, and to try new places to eat. She was a mother and grandmother who wore her heart on her sleeve. Survivors of Debra are her children Justin Costello (son), Stephanie Costello (daughter), Christopher Costello (son), Benjamin Costello (son), Nathan Costello (son), and Dominic Payne (son). She is also survived by her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held at Hamilton Methodist Church in Hamilton, Missouri on Sunday, September 14th at 9:00 AM. Cremation has been entrusted with Heaton-Bowman-Smith-Sidenfaden Chapel.
