James King Obituary

James P. "Jim" King Jr., 64, of Elwood, Kansas passed away Monday, September 29, 2025, at his home. Jim was born on July 23, 1961, in St. Joseph, Missouri to James P. Sr. and Jane (Green) King. He was a self employed mechanic, owner of Kings Auto, Kings Paving and Kings salvage and had a passion for racing stock cars, skiing, boating, just being on the river with friends and family. Jim married Debbie Brizendine on August 23, 1986, in Elwood, Kansas. She survives of the home, and companion dog, Ratt. He was preceded in death by his father, James P. King Sr. and mother, Jane Krantz . Additional survivors, children, Jordan King (Crystal), and Jaime King (Jessica). Grandchildren, Scarlett, Josh and Temperance. Step-grandchildren, Aidan, Rylan and Shelby. Numerous nieces and nephews. Jim's wishes were to be cremated. Celebration of Life at 6:00 P.M. Friday, October 10, 2025. at the Elwood Community Building, Elwood, Kansas. Memorials: James King Memorial Fund c/o Harman-Rohde P.O.
