Jesse Mace Obituary

On Wednesday, September 10, 2025 Jesse C. Mace of Country Club, MO, passed away peacefully at the age of 87 years. Jesse was born on March 9, 1938. Son of Mary Payne and Jesse Mace. Jesse retired from Operating Engineers Local 101 with 58 years of dedicated service. Jesse is preceded in death by his mother, father, sister Joyce, brother Larry, sisters in law, Josie Smith, & Mary, Pauline, and granddaughter, Autumn. Survivors include: his wife Ida of 67 years, children, Carla Ashworth, Ramona (Russell) Middleton, Jesse Mace, and Tony (Tracy) Mace, grandchildren Eric, Matthew (Arlet), Nina, Josh, Quinn (James), Alaina, Tatum, Zander, Corey (Nicky), and Hannah, great grandchildren, Eric Jr, Matthias, Melisende, Jacoby (Victoria), Chase, Jace, Gabriel, Julianna, and Helen, great great grandchildren, Ellis Brave and Johnnie Joy, brother, Joseph Mace (Linda), and Sister in-law, Bernie Kiefer. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Mosaic Hospice, specifically Jensen, Brittany, Kristen, Rhonda, Suzie, Kyle, and Jim. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do. Mr. Mace has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home, per his wishes. There are no scheduled services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be set for a later date.
